Have you ever wondered who created Microsoft? Who let you use this brilliant program? Well, William Henry Bill Gates is the person. Bill Gates was born on October28, 1955.His parents names were William Henry Gates, and Mary Maxwell. He was the fourth Bill Gates in his family, but nobody called him Bill Gates the IV. They called him Trey because his father had lost his III in his name. Bill entered Lakeside private school .His favorite foods were Cherry coke and cheese. In his high school he got good grades and went to Harvard University. There he met his friend Paul Allen. One day, Paul excitedly showed him the latest edition of Popular Electronics. It featured the Altair. They excitedly reprogrammed it, getting a head start on electronic devices. After they left Harvard University, they used an abandoned office downtown. After 5 years of hard work, they developed Microsoft. Also with the experience from reprogramming the Altair, they created the first microcomputer in the world. Bill worked, argued, and thought. He did whatever he could to prevent Microsoft from shutting down. There were many companies that wanted to destroy Microsoft. After he drove away all of his enemies, he continued his philanthropy (It means wanting to help others) On January 1, 1994 Bill Gates married Melinda French. They had 3children. Jennifer Katherine Gates, who was born 1996, Phoebe Alede Gates, who was born 2002, and Rory John Gates who was born 1999.They live in a estate that costs more than 125 million dollars. Inside there is the Coder Leicester, a collection of Leonardo Da Vinci drawings. In 2000 Bill and Melinda established the Bill&Melinda Foundation .Right now he has 88.82 billion dollars. Bill Gates is a rich, nice, and generous man.
