Have you ever wondered who created Microsoft? Who let you use this brilliant program? Well, William Henry Bill Gates is the person. Bill Gates was born on October28, 1955.His parents names were William Henry Gates, and Mary Maxwell. He was the fourth Bill Gates in his family, but nobody called him Bill Gates the IV. They called him Trey because his father had lost his III in his name. Bill entered Lakeside private school .His favorite foods were Cherry coke and cheese. In his high school he got good grades and went to Harvard University. There he met his friend Paul Allen. One day, Paul excitedly showed him the latest edition of Popular Electronics. It featured the Altair. They excitedly reprogrammed it, getting a head start on electronic devices. After they left Harvard University, they used an abandoned office downtown. After 5 years of hard work, they developed Microsoft. Also with the experience from reprogramming the Altair, they created the first microcomputer in the world. Bill worked, argued, and thought. He did whatever he could to prevent Microsoft from shutting down. There were many companies that wanted to destroy Microsoft. After he drove away all of his enemies, he continued his philanthropy (It means wanting to help others) On January 1, 1994 Bill Gates married Melinda French. They had 3children. Jennifer Katherine Gates, who was born 1996, Phoebe Alede Gates, who was born 2002, and Rory John Gates who was born 1999.They live in a estate that costs more than 125 million dollars. Inside there is the Coder Leicester, a collection of Leonardo Da Vinci drawings. In 2000 Bill and Melinda established the Bill&Melinda Foundation .Right now he has 88.82 billion dollars. Bill Gates is a rich, nice, and generous man.

Michael Jackson

Michael Jackson was born on August 29th, 1958.He was born in Gary, Indiana, US. His parents were Katheeine Esther, and Joseph Wetler. His hobbies were water balloon fights and climbing trees. He formed a family band and did it through the Midwest. He got 26 American Music Awards and got 40 of the Billboard Awards. He was also known as the King of pop. People called Michael Jackson the King of PoP because he was good at dancing and singing. He made 10 songs, now that is the 10 top songs. One of them is called Thriller. He married Lisa Marie Presley, daughter of Elvis Presley, in 1994. Michael also got a diease. He wore a gold-plated military style jacket with belt in the Bad era. He also went at the 1997 Cannes Film Festival. Michael died in his bed at his rented mansion at 100 North Carolwood Drive. Then it was June 25, 2009. After Jackson had died, news about Michael’s death was sad. His daughter and fans were sad. His star is on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. He was very famous. He was aged 50 when he died. Michael once went to the white house. I think Michael Jackson was the greatest person I ever heard of in the pop singer history with his songs and dances.

Barack Obama was born on August 4th 1961 in Honolulu, Hawaii . Barack Obama never knew that he would be the president someday. Barack Obama’s parent’s names were Barack Obama Sr. and Stanely Ann Obama. Barack Obama was elected in November of 2008.


He started working as the President of the United States on January 20, 2009. President Obama is U.S.A’s 44th Presdient. Barack Obama’s hobbies are playing basketball. President Obama went to Columbia University and Harvard Law School. He was awarded many Awards and prizes such as, Nobel Peace Prize in 2009. I think Barack Obama is the all times best African American President in the history of the President’s sit.

Helen Keller

Helen Keller was born on June 26, 1880, Alabama, U.S.A. Athur H. Keller, and

Kate Adam Keller borned Helen. One night, when the Keller family was asleep,

Helen felt sick. Her head was like hot fire. Helen’s mom and dad called the doctor

quickly. Then the doctor said, “Helen can’t see, speak, or hear anything from now

on.” When Helen was 5 years old, at the end of Athur H. Keller, and Kate Adam

Keller’s thought, they wrote a letter to a school. Then, the answer came, a teacher

named Anne Sullivan was coming to Helen’s house. Sullivan worked hard for Helen,

at the end of Sullivan’s hard work and teaching, Helen got into a collage that normal

people can’t go without hard studying. Helen got into Radcliff Collage. Her talent was

reading 5 languages When she was an adult and a grown up, she got the Medal of

Freedom. Then she died at June 1. She was only 87 that day. Helen Keller was a

great person.

Do you know who is Jackie Robinson?He was a famous and a great baseball player long a go. When I was little I thought that Jackie Robinson was so famous that he had a lots of money and was the most famous person in the world.

Jackie Robinson was born on 1/13, 1919,Cairo,Georgia,U.S.A. His mother name is Mallie and his father name was Jerry. His favorite hobby or talents is doing all kinds of sports. Jackie Robinson's university was California University. His first award or a prize he got was MVP-5 Roy 1. He was fantastic baseball player I saw. His final game was at 9/30, 1956. It was along day ago from right know. And Jackie Robinson was dead at 9/24,1972. He was a great baseball player in Dodgers. So he is still little famous.

Finally Jackie Robinson and I are little similar that my hobby is doing all the sports exept baseball that Jackie Robinson likes the best. he is a fantastic baseball player I ever thought.

Did you ever have a favorite author? Well I do! I’m going to tell you all about her.

My favorite author’s name is Barbara Park. Barbara Park is an author. She was born in April 21st 1947. She grew up in Mount Holly town, New Jersey. Her parents were a merchant and a sectary. Now she lives in Phoniex, Arizona with her two sons. When Park was little she did not know what she should be when she grew up. Her hobby was writing books , but she did not like the idea of being an author. When she grew up she became a very successful author and a very funny author. The first book she wrote was . Then she started to write more books such as ,,and .Her best books are the books ,there are 25 Junie B. Jones books. Sadly in 1999 Barbara Park wrote the last book in which was . Park had won 7 choice awards and 4 Parent’s choice awards. Park also wrote and books. Many young children are curious about Park’s life.

Babe Ruth

Babe Ruth was the famous baseball player in USA. He was born on Febuary 6, 1895 Baltimore Maryland. Babe Ruth had German-American parents, Kate Schambuger-Ruth and George Herman Ruth. Not much is known about Ruth`s early childhood.

When he was seven years old, his father sent him to St. Mary`s Industrial school for boys. Then, after he grew up, he entered the Boston Red Sox team in the years 1914-1919. Next, he joined the New York Yankees in the years 1920-1934. Babe Ruth performed a higher level during 1926 and he retired in the Boston Braves team in 1935. He died in New York on August 16, 1948.

He got the all star selection twice and world series champion seven times. His career was very nice as well. For example, the batting average 0.342, home runs were 714 and hits were 2,873. So, he is known as the best baseball player in USA.

Neil Armstrong

Neil Armstrong was born in Wapakoneta, Ohio, on August 5th, 1930. When he was very young, he was very interested in flying.  He attended Blume high school.  Then, he became a test pilot. Armstrong`s first flight on a rocket plane was on August 15th, 1975, on the Bell X-IB. It could altitude 11.4 miles.

Neil Armstrong rode the Gemini 8 for his first- rode spaceship. It was launched on March 13th, 1966. Walter Cunningham, Neil Armstrong, and Scott rode it.

His most famous spaceflight was the Apollo 11 mission. He rode the Apollo 11 and went to the moon. Neil Armstrong was known as that he was the first person to step on moon. Because of the first step on moon, Neil Armstrong became famous.

He got the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the Robert H. Goddard Memorial Trophy, The Silvanus Thayer Award, and The Coiler Trophy from the National Aeronautics association, and the Congressional gold medal. He really sure is a very famous astronaut.

Do you know a famous sports player that played when she was 7? She's Yuna Kim! She was not good just when she started skating. here's her story.

Yuna Kim is the best south Korea figure skater in the world. She was bone in1990 September 5th on Bucheon, Gyenggido. Her parents are Hun-Suk Kim and Mi-Hei Park. Her elementary school was Sin-Hung Elementaryschool and her university was Korea University.

As she was growing,she was talented at skating,web surfing,shopping,and listening to music.When she was 12,she won her first senior prize. She was the youngest person to do it too. Also,not only that,she won Olyimpic Champion Award,World Champion Award,World Junior Champion Award,and more.Kim appeared in many commercials in South Korea. Her commercial for a new touchscreen haptic phone from Samsung Electronics sold very well!!! Kim has worked in severalprojects as a singer. She sang the song "Smile Boy"with Sung-gee Lee. It's a song so filled with hope...It's awesome!!!

Kim donated more than 2billion won over her career.Wow~

I think Yuna Kim is a hero because she worked hard and got her dream!^^

Do you know who Park Ji Sung is? I think that many people around the world will know who Park Ji Sung is, because he is a wold-famous soccer player who has competed in many matches. Well he is the leader of the Korean Soccer team. He is a left positioned midfielder. He is 29 years old and 175cm. He has won more than soccer 10soccer prizes.His birthday is February twenty fifth. On his birthday many fans cheered for him, and congratulated his twenty eighth birthday. He said he enjoyed his suprise birthday party very much. Park Ji Sung's parents are Park Seoug iong and Jang Meung Ja. But he has no brothers or sisters. When Park Ji Sung was young he ate lots of frogs and other insects such as crickets because he wanted to become taller to become a good soccer player. I can't believe that somebody would eat a frog just because they wanted to become taller! I would never, ever eat a frog. His hobby is listening to music and reading. He is very talented in soccer. I think playing soccer is Park Ji Sung's gift from the gods. Not many people have the ability to play soccer as well as Park Ji Sung dose. I hope that I will also have a gift to play soccer.I really think he is a great soccer player and I also want to become just like him, because being a soccer player is my dream from when I was six up until now. I hope that everyone will cheer for Park Ji Sung when he plays a soccer game. Even if he doesn't score,I will cheer for Park Ji Sung always, and so will his thousand and thousands of fans.

J.K Rowling was born in Chipping Sodbury, on July31st,1965. Her real name is Joanne Rowling. Her parents are James Rowling and Anne Volent. J.K Rowling has a sister named Dianne.

When J.K Rowing was young, the family moved twice. She was 4years old, her family moved to Winterbourne. J.K Rowling was living in Winterbourne and met a brother and sister that their last names are “Potter”. Rowling’s family moved to Tutshill when she was 9. She had a grandmother named “Kathleen”. When her grandmother died, she made herself a middle name “Kathleen”. The “K” in her name is “Kathleen

When Rowling was 11, she went to Wyedean School. That is when she wanted to write a book for children. She got older and wrote her own auto biography when she was in middle school.

When she got older and she is an adult, she remembered the name of “Potter” and wrote “Harry Potter”.

J.K Rowling will be working to write books. I don‘t what kind of book she will write. I will encourage her to write a good book.
